WAAHILA WANDERER 2022

Waʻahila Wanderer is our shortest but gnarliest trail race that traverses 5+ miles along the Ko’olau mountain range. Starting at the top of St. Louis Heights, runners will proceed up Wa’ahila Ridge trail, descend down Kolowalu trail to the back of Manoa Valley, and then run back the way they came. We promise you a varied course of Roots! Rocks! Ridges! And steep inclines! Join us in the dirt and hills of the 2nd running of Wa’ahila Wanderer!

Mango Madness is a challenging race that is 10+ miles through tough, technical, and steep terrain of the Tantalus trail system. Participants will be led on a different route every year where there are unexpected detours along the way. Bring your game face and your sense of humor.

KEALIA QUAD CRUSHER 2022

Dillingham Airfield Kealia Trail, Waialua, HI, United States

The Kealia Quad Crusher is a 10-ish mile run in the hills above Dillingham airfield. The course starts near the Kealia trailhead on Dillingham and goes up to the turn-around where Kealia trail intersect Ku’aokala Access Road. After retracing the route back down to the start, you get the opportunity to grab some refreshment, and repeat the process.

Kaʻena Point Trail Kaʻena Point Trail, Waialua, HI, United States

This race is a fast, flat, out-and-back course that is a little longer than 10 miles and parallels the ocean along jeep trails and an old sugar cane rail line. Make sure to dress festively for the 4th of July Holiday!

Starting from Hawaiʻi Nature Center, Tantalizing Tantalus Trail Half Marathon takes you to Jackass Ginger trailhead where you will turn around after crossing Nu’uanu stream. The beautiful course greets you with lovely roots, rocks, mud puddles, streams, hills, hills… and hills.

TRAIL WORK ON MAUNAWILI

We are looking for volunteers to help us get the trail in running condition on August 6 for the Maunawili Out and Back trail race coming up on August 13th!

MAUNAWILI OUT AND BACK 2022

The Maunawili Out-n-Back is a trail run on primarily single-track and jeep road starting near the Ko’olau Golf Course, going to the trailhead in Waimanalo, and returning on the same route. The trail travels in and out of valleys along the Ko’olau mountain range; it is normally very hot, humid, and muddy with rolling hills and frequent stream bed crossings. Aid is provided only at the 11-mile turnaround point, so carrying a minimum of 70 ounces of fluids and supplies is mandatory.
