Saturday Training 9-22-12: Peacock Flats

Aloha Athletes,

Back to the N. Shore and Peacock Flats this week. Cheryl says 6:00 a.m. from the parking lot behind the Dillingham Airfield Control Tower or for the early birds, 4:30 from the bottom of long road. You run as much or as little as you want. Take food, lots of hydration and your electrolytes.
