Saturday Training 10-1-12 Peacock Flats Repeat

Aloha Athletes,

Run, repeat, run, repeat.

Same plan as last week folks. Get out there and run. 

6:00 a.m. from the parking lot behind the Dillingham Airfield Control Tower or for the early birds, 4:30 from the bottom of long road. You run as much or as little as you want. Take food, lots of hydration and your electrolytes.
