Hopefully we will not be needing it, but considering that the weather on Haleakala summit at 1pm yesterday afternoon was 40F with a wind chill of 32F, be prepared for anything. Chocolate Milk-The Best Sports Drink?
I found something really interesting this morning. An article in the LA Times comparing various sports drinks including Gatorade, Endurox R4, and chocolate milk.
