Maunawili Out (no Back) Preview Run, 8/5

Saturday, August 5
6:00 a.m. start from 45-550 Kionaole Rd, Kaneohe, HI 96744 (map) – parking is very tight – carpooling and getting dropped off is highly recommended. All tires must be off of the roadway.
Ending at the Waimanalo trailhead Waikupanaha St, Waimanalo, HI 96795 (map) – parking is limited and safety of your vehicle cannot be guaranteed.

Bring sufficient fluids and snacks for 11 HOT and HUMID miles
Recommend either returning to the start on foot via the same trail, arranging for a pickup in Waimanalo, or partner up and leave a car at both ends of the trail
Bring a cell phone and add Marian’s contact information (808) 221-5171
There will be no trail markings, so please stay with others that know the trail
When you have safely completed your run, at either end of the trail, please send a text to Marian. If not, you may receive a phone call.
