Saturday Training: March 2, 2013 Peacock Flats

Aloha Athletes:

We are headed back to the North Shore this weekend.  Be ready to go for a 6:00 a.m. start from the parking area behind the Control Tower at
Dillingham Airfield. There are options for distance: anywhere from 8 to 28 and beyond.  If you are new to those trails, be sure to stay with someone who has experience out there. 

For any early risers, I will be starting at the bottom of long road at 4:00 a.m. and will join up with the 6:00 group at some point.

Bring at least 60 oz of hydration and a snack.
