This Saturday’s training should be a short, leisurely-paced jaunt through the beautiful Hoomaluhia Botanical Garden, which will include many of the battle stories from last weekend’s HURT 100. Come join us…it will be fun !

Meeting time: 6:55 am

Starting time: 7:00 am

Meeting place: Hoomaluhia Botanical Garden (Kaneohe)

Training: 1 or more 5 mile loops

Duration: approx. 1 hour per loop
