As an Alternative to the H.U.R.T. 100

Some of us H.U.R.T. participants lament the fact that the race is run during one of the darkest months in Hawaii–January. This means for most participants, almost 12 hours of darkness navigating through the jungles, using the brightest lighting system we can find.

Well, I’ve come up with the perfect race for those who hate darkness. It is a 100K race and participants will have all the sunshine or light they need to complete it.

What is it?

The Antarctic Ice 100K. There is even a marathon for those who want a little less distance. With an entry fee of 14k, how can you go wrong?

Go here for more info and all the details. It will be an adventure.

Any takers?
