You got the idea???  Get out there and Suffer.  Take your own water to the top, stop yer whinning, NOBODY cares if you think it's all BS.  Want to finish the hardest 100 K  in about 5000 miles?   Then you best be out there this weekend.  

Saturday.  Long Road at 5:00 AM,  Airport at 6:30AM.  Sunday will be a repeat of Saturday. This week and next week, and the week after that, and guess what after that?     

If your feet is bothering you, then just roll down that road!  I do all the time.
