Mainland Race Results

This past Saturday, four H.U.R.T. runners were in California to run the Miwok 100k. This race has really become a popular race as it can serve as a qualifier for the Western States 100 Mile run. Here’s how the Hawaii runners did:

Nick Kaiser: 12:00.45
Steve Dewald: 12:17.40
Gil Loomis: 13:34.34
Cheryl Loomis: 15:20.32

Another H.U.R.T. runner ran another race in the Bay Area on April 29th. Jeff Huff ran the Diablo 50 mile race. His time for the 50 miler: 11:40.12

Three of these runners are doing Western States this year, Jeff, Steve, and Cheryl were using these runs as training runs.
