Kaʻena Point Firecracker Mahalos, Results, and Photos 2025

Congratulations to the 116 runners who finished the 2025 HURT Kaʻena Point Firecracker trail race! 

It was warm, there was a headwind on the way back to the Start/Finish line, there was deep sand at the end, but the race times were fast! The most common runner comments were “Fun” and “Hard,” and sometimes runners would say both! One volunteer at the finish remarked that she especially enjoyed “the looks of accomplishment on the face of so many runners.” Great race, everyone!

Here are the 2025 HURT Kaʻena Point Firecracker top finishers:

As with every event in the HURT Trail Series, this race would not happen without the dedicated work of volunteers. They showed up early to work together in good spirits through the morning to provide race participants with the best experience possible! Thank you!

A special shout out to the volunteers at the Aid Station led by DeAnna. They are the folks who help runners achieve their best by replenishing their hydration, offering some calories and encouragement and Band-Aids if necessary, and cheering them on to the second half of the race.
