2025 Waʻahila Wanderer Thank You
Aloha everyone,
We’re still buzzing from the incredible energy you brought to Wa’ahila Wanderers! Thank you to each runner who showed up ready to tackle the heat, hills, and humidity — and still somehow managed to smile (or at least grimace) at the finish line.
You made this year’s race one to remember, with memorable quotes like:
Speaking of volunteering — a massive mahalo to our volunteers who made everything possible. From pre-dawn course setup to course marking, to cheering runners across the finish, you are the heart of this event. We literally couldn’t do this without you.

Congratulations to our podium finishers
L-R: Eriko Nakagawa (3rd), Mary Edgmon (2nd), and Arielle Zlotnick (1st) L-R: Jono Blodgett (3rd), James Davis (2nd), and Conrad Newfield (1st)

We also want to extend a very special thank you to Tommy Rivers on behalf of the North Shore Lifeguard Association for their donation. Much respect and gratitude.
Up Next
We hope you’re already plotting your return! Keep your calendars open — we’ll see you next at Keālia Quad Crusher (who doesn’t love more steep hills?) and Mango Madness where you’ll need a sense of humor and some flexibility.
Until then, rest up, ice those legs, and we’ll see you soon.
