Saturday Training 7-9-11: Peacock Flats

Aloha Athletes,

We're heading back up to Peacock Flats on Saturday morning. Plan on a 6:30 a.m. start from the parking area behind the Control Tower at Dillingham Airfield. You can go as short or long as you want. Please bring all of your own nutrition, water and electrolytes. We always recommend 60+ ounces of water and don't forget your sunscreen. 

Don't forget Doug will be starting the Hardrock 100 on Friday morning.
