Blue Canyon Ultra Trail 100k Fall Out
Last week I finaly got back to racing after having hernia surgery and just wanted finish under the cut off time. Alot of things weat wrong with this race and I am still trying to figure out why some of this new generation of runners and RD’s are acting like this. Take your time it is a long Blog + the comments . I feel responsible to let you all know about this race and the direction that this it is taking us.
