Triple Challenge participants

Can those participating in the Triple Challenge 2009 please send me a message with your name so I can e-mail you a group photo that was taken just minutes before the start of the HURT Tantalus Triple Trek?

Today concluded day two, the Dick Evans Memorial Road Race.  I hope everyone was able to finish.  For me, cycling 112 miles around the island was so much easier than Saturdays 50KM run.  This was the first time that I participated in this event.  Now I know what the pros feel like riding in a peleton.  It can be quite scary at times.

Good luck to all on tomorrow's Waikiki Rough Water Swim.
