Record Setting Hardrock and Paul Hopwood Finishes under 36 Hours

Kyle Skaggs, a 23 year-old New Mexico resident destroyed the record books at Hardrock and ran his shoes off to finish in 23:23. This is very impressive. Hardrock has a 48 hour time limit and some runners will be out there a whole day longer in their efforts. Click here to read an article on this finish. This race and Kyle’s efforts will be a strong topic of discussion among ultra runners.

Maui resident Paul Hopwood ran a very smart and fast race and finished in 35:58. This was good enough for what looks like 21st place overall.
