Wednesday Update for Missing Are

Aloha Athletes,

As of 7:00 a.m. this morning we have 14 volunteers getting ready to begin searching for Are. This includes search and rescue members of the Hawaii Trail and Mountain Club. Search and Rescue Hawaii, a professionally trained all volunteer group of dogs and their handlers are also taking part in today's search. 

We are further looking into contacting various hunting groups and asking for their support. 

We have been in contact with some of Are's friends and close family friends in Norway since yesterday morning. Are's parents, sister and close family friend will be coming to Hawaii as well. Through this communication we have learned more about Are and his experience and abilities. We have shared information regarding the search and possible areas to look back and forth. 

Are's friends are also setting up a web site and we will provide the link to that site as soon as it is ready. 

Please keep praying for a miracle and know we are doing the best we can in continuing this search.
