Saturday Training 5-16-09 Peacock Flats with Rex

Aloha Athletes !

According to our buddy Rex, this Saturday will be his big training day for his upcoming 100 miler at Kettle Moraine (Wisconsin). His plans are to start sometime on Friday night, making his way over to Peacock Flats by 6 am Saturday morning. So, the plan is to be at the parking lot behind the control tower at Dillingham airfield at 6 am, and give Rex some support. With several others on our group training for other 100 milers, Peacock Flats should be a busy place this Saturday. Come join us ! Just do what you can or what you have time for.
