Aloha Athletes !

As a nice change of pace and a rare opportunity to run upright, out of the mud, we will visit our old friend the Hoomaluhia Botanical Garden this Saturday, before tackling the Hogsback 12 Hour, next week.

Saturday Training 10-08-05 "The Garden Repeats"

Meeting time: 5:54 am

Starting time: 6:04 am

Meeting place: Hoomaluhia Botanical Garden*

Directions: Taking either Pali Hwy., Likelike Hwy. or H-3 to Kaneohe, get on Kam. Hwy.  Across from Windward City Shopping Center is Koolau Farmers and an Island Mini-Mart (Aloha gas) at Luluku Rd. Take Luluku Rd. mauka to the entrance of the Garden and park outside the gate. *PLEASE be quiet as this is a residential neighborhood !!

Training: A few repeats out-and-back, plus possibly a jaunt or two up to Pali Lookout for good measure.

Bring: Everything you need with the exception of water, which is on premises.

Don
