Saturday Training 7-8-06
Aloha Athletes !
Hopefully you have recovered from a wonderful 4th of July Holiday and from the fantastic, (record-breaking turnout) race at the Kaena Point Firecracker 10 Miler last Saturday. Although I had to miss the event due to a mainland trip to Glacier Natonal Park, I was told that it was a blast ! Thanks to all the volunteers, especially Joel and Steph Jenkins, and to Big John and PJ Salmonson , and to Bob and Barbie McAllaster (and kids). Mahalo to everyone !
