Saturday Training 3-31-12: Top of Tantalus Training Run

Aloha Athletes,

First, I want to thank those who commented after last week's post. Always nice to know that there are more than 3 people that read what is posted here and we appreciate the feedback.

This week, Cheryl and Kat are going to lead a training run for the Top of Tantalus race. Cheryl told me to post a 6:45 a.m. start time. Keep in mind the park doesn't usually open until 7:00 a.m. so we may get there and have to wait a few minutes. Because of the this, the race on April 7th will not start until 8:00 a.m.

The meeting place is where the race will start: Pu'u' Ulaka'a State Park. 2760 Round Top Drive.

This is run is approximately 7 miles.
