We all know her as someone who does it all. She trains and trains probably more consistently and frequently than most of us. She is always there to lend a hand, help a new runner out, support an old and tired runner, you name it.

She cooks and makes great food for all. She opens her home to parties and dinners. She organizes and cajoles the rest of us into doing things we sometimes would rather not do.

She listens, she talks, and has taught many a runner how to very quickly do things on the trail…well the females anyway!

She puts up with all of our crap and continues to come back for more–with a smile on her face.
