Aloha Athletes !

We continue our Run to the Sun taper with an easy, short run around part of our Manoa course and one Tantalus Rd. (less Concrete Hill). See ya there !

Meeting time: 5:55 am

Starting time: 6:05 am

Meeting place: Hawaii Nature Center lower parking lot

Training: approx. 7 mile run thru Manoa (to the bathrooms) and return, followed by one approx. 7 mile Tantalus Rd. out and back to the bottom of Concrete Hill.

Distance: approx. 14 miles, total

Duration: approx. 3 1/2 hours
